JPMorganChase in Chicago is seeking an Associate Relationship Banker to welcome clients and tailor financial solutions in our branch. You will use Chase Mobile App and online tools to assist customers, explain products, and build lasting relationships through attentive service.

The role requires strong communication, compliance with banking regulations, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends. Prior sales experience is a plus; college degree preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.
• Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations - deliver attentive and friendly service, creating a welcoming environment.
• Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to help clients and build trust.
• Assist walk-in and scheduled clients, both in person and over the phone, to build lasting relationships.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions such as Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly to consult with clients and connect them to our team of experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
