Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration, and Life licenses are minimum requirements; licensed candidates preferred.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly to understand client needs and build trust.
• Educate and connect clients to technology such as Chase Mobile App and online banking.
• Learn products, services and procedures to consult clients and connect them with specialists.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
