Qualifications

1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries.

Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.

Responsibilities

Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service.
Manage assigned clients, meet with them in person or by phone.
Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand needs.
Educate and connect clients to technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com).
Learn products, services, and procedures to consult on banking solutions and coordinate with experts.
Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
