Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co in the United States is seeking a Relationship Banker to represent the Chase brand with hospitality. You will develop lasting client relationships, assess financial needs, and offer thoughtful solutions across banking products and services.

In this role you will guide clients through Chase technology, stay compliant with policies, and collaborate with specialists for complex financial needs, including weekends and some evenings as required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63 if required), Life licenses.
• All unlicensed applicants must obtain licenses within 180 days of hire.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them in person and by phone to build relationships.
• Explain banking solutions and tailor product recommendations to client needs.
• Educate clients on Chase technology solutions (mobile app, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Learn products and procedures quickly and collaborate with experts for complex needs.
• Adhere to regulatory banking requirements and internal risk controls.
