Job summary

Truist Bank is seeking a Universal Banker to provide an engaging client experience, process transactions, and educate customers on digital self-service options. You will support the sales process, identify needs, and connect clients with the right branch team members.

The role requires a high school diploma, 2 years teller or client service experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail setting. Weekend/extended hours may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum two years teller or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience and handle complex and standard transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Support sales by outbound calls and identifying client opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) concepts for client needs.
• Attend training and maintain compliance with policies and procedures.
