Ideal candidates have 2 years of teller or service experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Weekend/extended hours may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience; engage clients with courteous conversation and perform transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions.
• Support team sales by outbound calls and identifying client needs.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) and Truist solutions.
• Attend trainings and compliance updates.
