Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education is required.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a client-focused mindset.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software skills for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office.
• Travel ability to accommodate temporary staffing needs, including locale changes.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel and overnights.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous conversations and accurate handling of transactions.
• Educate clients on digital and self-service banking solutions to enhance service.
• Support sales through outbound client outreach and referral to branch teams or specialists.
• Support Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and trainings.
• Advance knowledge of products and services through meetings and training.
• Adhere to internal controls, procedures, and risk management policies.
• Serve as a secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution as needed.
