Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation is seeking a Universal Banker to provide a distinctive client experience and accurate handling of transactions. You will educate clients on digital tools, support sales outreach, and collaborate with branch teams to meet client needs.

The role emphasizes IRM integration, adherence to policies, and participation in leadership routines. Strong interpersonal skills and weekend/extended hour availability are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office).
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous conversation and accurate handling of transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service tools (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Support sales by outbound client outreach and referrals to branch specialists.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
