Job summary

The role supports sales activities, IRM integration, and ongoing training to expand product knowledge in a branch setting.

The position requires a high school diploma, cash handling or teller experience, and strong communication skills. Weekend hours and travel may be required as part of staffing needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects
• Ability to master personal computer (PC) keyboard and software skills necessary for branch automation
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints
• Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs as required to include temporary assignment or locale changes
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel and overnights may be included

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients with courteous conversation and handling transactions accurately
• Educate clients on digital and self-service banking options
• Support sales by outbound client outreach and identifying client needs
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) and deliver banking solutions
• Participate in branch leadership routines and team activities
• Attend training to expand product knowledge and service capabilities
• Adhere to policies and risk management guidelines
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and issue resolution
