Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software skills for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Must be able to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs and shifts.
• Work weekends and/or extended hours with possible travel or overnights.

• Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous conversation and thorough service.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions to simplify banking.
• Support sales through outbound outreach and identifying client needs.

• Advance product knowledge to serve consumer and business clients.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and issue resolution.
