Job summary

You’ll educate customers on everyday transactions, cross-sell appropriate solutions, and collaborate with branch teammates to ensure smooth operations and compliant practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in client service is preferred.
• Ability to learn products and procedures quickly.
• Cash handling experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow with a tablet.
• Open new accounts and service existing ones while following policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital tools like Chase Mobile App and ATMs.
• Build trusted relationships by listening, asking questions, and identifying client needs.
• Support branch operations and cash handling in line with bank procedures.
