Responsabilidades

• Greet clients and manage lobby flow using a tablet; schedule/cancel meetings.
• Open/new accounts and service existing ones while following policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com and ATMs.
• Listen actively, ask questions, and collaborate with team to reach financial goals.
• Assist with branch operations and cash handling following bank procedures.
