Responsibilities

• Greet clients and create a welcoming branch environment using available technology to manage lobby flow.
• Open new accounts and service existing ones while following policies and regulations.
• Assist clients with day-to-day banking and use of Chase Mobile App, Chase.com and ATMs.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and collaborating with team to meet client goals.
• Handle branch operations and cash devices in compliance with bank procedures.
