Job summary

JPMorganChase seeks an Associate Banker to deliver welcoming, attentive service and build trusted client relationships within our branch network. You will help clients achieve their financial goals using a range of banking solutions and digital tools.

In this role, you will open accounts, service existing ones, and educate customers on Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs, while maintaining compliance and delivering a high-quality client experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in client service or similar preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to quickly learn products, services and procedures.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Team player with a welcoming, service-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients, welcome them to the branch, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings.
• Provide account servicing, open new accounts, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital/mobile options.
• Build relationships by listening and offering product knowledge and solutions.
• Support branch operations and cash handling per policies.
