Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by delivering attentive and friendly service by greeting clients as they enter the branch, making them feel heard and cared for.
• Exceed client expectations by providing account servicing and maintenance as well as opening new accounts, while complying with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions including the usage of technology self-service options such as the Chase Mobile App and ATMs.
• Build meaningful relationships with clients by actively listening, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge and solutions.
• Perform branch operations, including managing cash devices while adhering to bank policies.
