Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, managing lobby flow, and scheduling meetings with a tablet.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new accounts while following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day transactions using technology self-service options such as the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and collaborating with branch teammates to reach financial goals.
• Perform branch operations including cash devices while adhering to bank policies.
