Formación

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to put clients first and exceed expectations.
• Ability to build trusted relationships and communicate clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients entering the branch and managing lobby flow.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance, including opening new accounts in compliance with policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and tech tools like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com and ATMs.
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge with clients.
• Perform branch operations in line with bank policies, including cash handling where applicable.
