Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Client service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn products, services and procedures quickly.

Responsabilidades

• Greet clients and deliver attentive, friendly service in the branch.
• Open new accounts and provide account servicing while following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on digital banking options using Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Build relationships by listening, questioning thoughtfully, and collaborating with team.
• Support branch operations including cash handling in line with bank policies.
