Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow while using a tablet to assist with check-ins and meetings.
• Exceed client expectations by providing account servicing, maintenance, and opening new accounts in line with policies and requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and technology self-service options via Chase Mobile App, Chase.com and ATMs.
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge to help clients meet financial goals.
• Perform branch operations and cash handling in compliance with bank policies and procedures.
