You will combine financial knowledge with digital tools to meet clients’ needs, helping them navigate Chase Mobile, Chase.com, and ATMs for convenient access to their accounts.

You will learn products quickly and collaborate with specialists to address complex financial requirements while adhering to banking regulations and policies.

Qualificações

• High school degree or GED.
• College degree or military equivalent preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations - deliver attentive and friendly service, creating a welcoming environment.
• Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to help clients and build trust - ask questions and listen to understand, anticipate their needs.
• Assist walk-in and scheduled clients, both in person and over the phone, to build lasting relationships, understand financial needs, and tailor product and service recommendations.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions such as leveraging the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to help them with their banking needs whenever, wherever, and however they want.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly and accurately to effectively consult with clients about banking solutions, as well as collaborate with and connect them to our team of experts to help with specialized financial needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
