In this role you will build lasting relationships, learn products quickly, adhere to regulatory requirements, and work with a team of experts to ensure every client walks away with a positive banking experience.

Competenze

• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent required.
• Experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible branch hours, including weekends and some evenings.

Mansioni

• Assist walk-in and scheduled clients with banking needs in person and over the phone.
• Provide consultative, friendly service and tailor product solutions.
• Educate clients on Chase mobile, online banking, and ATM usage.
• Learn and communicate policies and procedures, ensuring risk and compliance.
• Collaborate with branch team to connect clients with specialists.
