Job summary

Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Wisconsin to deliver exceptional service to clients. You will document interactions, process quotes and orders through accurate data entry, and respond promptly to calls while reporting to the Customer Service Manager.

The role requires focus on detail, reliability, and the ability to work independently with deadlines. This position supports a team and contributes to a fast-paced customer-centric department.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of prior customer service experience.
• Must have computer experience and accuracy in numeric input.
• Must have strong organizational and listening skills.
• Ability to read, understand, and communicate.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize work with deadlines; overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

• Document customer interactions and transactions.
• Accurately process quotes and orders through data entry.
• Provide timely responses to customer calls and report to the Customer Service Manager.
• Maintain knowledge of clients, products and services.
• Answer the phone in three rings or less and direct callers as needed.
• Support teammates as needed.
