Job summary

Chase is seeking team members for a branch role focused on delivering exceptional client service and banking support. You will greet clients, manage the lobby via tablet, and help schedule meetings while upholding banking regulations and policies.

You will assist with day-to-day transactions, promote Chase Mobile App and online banking, and build trusted relationships to help clients meet their financial goals. Prior banking experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to quickly and effectively learn products, services, and procedures.
• Ability to build trusted relationships and exceed client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
• Open new accounts and provide account servicing while following policies and banking regulations.
• Assist clients with day-to-day banking, including mobile app, online banking and ATMs.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions and sharing product knowledge.
• Perform branch operations and cash handling in line with bank procedures.
