Job summary

Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to create a welcoming environment and deliver attentive service to clients in-branch. You will greet visitors, manage lobby flow, and use a tablet to check clients into the waiting queue while scheduling meetings.

You will educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital solutions, including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs, helping them accomplish financial tasks wherever and whenever they choose.

Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to quickly and accurately learn products, services, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow using a tablet.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new accounts while following policies.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking using digital tools like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Build relationships through active listening and collaboration with branch team members.
• Perform branch operations and cash handling in line with bank policies.
