Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow using a tablet.
• Open new accounts and perform account servicing while following policies and regulations.
• Assist clients with day-to-day banking using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and coordinating with branch team.
• Handle branch operations, including cash devices, while following bank procedures.
