Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, managing lobby flow, and scheduling meetings.
• Exceed client expectations by assisting with daily transactions and opening new accounts in compliance with policies.
• Educate clients on digital tools like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, empathizing, and presenting product solutions to clients.
• Perform branch operations including cash handling and use of cash devices per policy.
