Job summary

Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to deliver attentive, hospitality-driven service and introduce clients to our banking solutions. You will greet clients, manage lobby flow with a tablet, and support opening accounts while ensuring regulatory compliance.

In this role, you will educate clients on daily banking, mobile apps, and digital channels, building trusted relationships and collaborating with branch teammates to meet financial goals.

Qualifications

• Client-focused service experience or equivalent.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to learn banking products and procedures quickly.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to comply with policies and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment and greet clients, manage lobby traffic using a tablet, schedule meetings.
• Open new accounts and provide account servicing while complying with policies.
• Educate clients on daily banking transactions and digital self-service options.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and partnering with team to meet goals.
• Perform branch operations including cash devices and adherence to policies.
