Job summary

Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to deliver welcoming, attentive service and build trusted client relationships in a busy branch. You’ll use Chase’s digital tools and financial solutions to help clients meet their goals while upholding bank policies and regulatory requirements.

You will greet clients, open accounts, educate on mobile and online banking, and collaborate with teammates to provide seamless service in a diverse, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong client service orientation and ability to build trusted relationships.
• Clear, helpful communication and problem solving with clients.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
• Open new accounts and provide account servicing while following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships with clients by listening, asking questions, and partnering with team members.
• Perform branch operations and cash handling in accordance with bank policies.
