Job summary

Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to deliver exceptional client experiences in a branch setting. You will welcome clients, manage lobby traffic with a tablet, and open new accounts while ensuring regulatory compliance and accuracy.

The role emphasizes listening to clients, educating them on products, and collaborating with the branch team to meet financial goals. As part of Consumer & Community Banking, you will leverage Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to support day-to-day banking

Qualifications

Client service experience or comparable experience.
High school diploma or GED required.
Ability to quickly and accurately learn products, services, and procedures.

Responsibilities

Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients as they enter the branch and managing lobby flow with a tablet.
Exceed client expectations by providing account servicing and opening new accounts while following policies and regulatory requirements.
Educate clients on day-to-day banking and technology self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge with the team to help clients achieve financial goals.
Perform branch operations, including cash devices, while adhering to bank policies and procedures.
