Qualifications

Client service experience or comparable experience.

Ability to engage clients and understand their needs and provide solutions.

Responsibilities

Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, managing lobby traffic, and scheduling meetings.
Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new accounts while following policies and regulatory requirements.
Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital tools like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
Build trusted relationships by listening, asking questions, and partnering with branch teammates to help achieve financial goals.
Perform branch operations, including cash devices like the cash vault or ATMs, in line with bank policies.
