You will greet clients, open and service accounts, educate on Chase Mobile App and online tools, and partner with the branch team to help clients reach their financial goals while maintaining compliance and accuracy.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience in client service or banking preferred.
• Ability to learn products quickly and adapt to digital tools.

Responsabilidades

• Create a welcoming environment and greet clients as they enter the branch.
• Open and service accounts while complying with policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on Chase Mobile App and digital banking options.
• Build relationships with clients and partner with branch team to reach financial goals.
