Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to represent our brand with hospitality and to deliver exceptional client experiences. You will help clients achieve their financial goals by sharing product knowledge and solutions, and by partnering with branch teammates.

You will guide customers through everyday banking needs, including account services, mobile app usage, and self-service options, all while adhering to bank policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to learn products, services, and procedures quickly.
• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy when handling transactions.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow with a tablet.
• Open new accounts and service existing ones while following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day transactions using Chase Mobile, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build trusted relationships by listening, asking questions, and cross-selling solutions with the team.
• Perform branch operations including cash handling and using cash devices in line with bank policies.
