Job summary

You will build trusted relationships, assist with account servicing, open new accounts, and support branch operations while adhering to policies and regulatory requirements, in a diverse, inclusive environment.

• Ability to build trusted relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital tools (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships with clients and collaborate with team to meet financial goals.
• Support branch operations and adherence to policies and procedures.
