JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an Associate Banker to represent the Chase brand with hospitality while delivering banking solutions and technology-driven service.

You will build trusted client relationships, share product knowledge, and help clients reach financial goals. The role emphasizes greeting clients, facilitating lobby flow, handling routine account servicing, and educating customers on mobile and online banking tools.

Mansioni

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients as they enter the branch and managing lobby flow.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance, including opening new accounts, while following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking transactions and use of Chase Mobile App, Chase.com and ATMs.
• Build trusted relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge.
• Perform branch operations and assist with cash handling and devices in accordance with bank procedures.
