You will work in a branch setting, collaborating with the team to ensure exceptional client experiences and compliance with banking requirements.

Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to build trusted relationships and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
• Provide account servicing, maintenance, and new account openings in compliance with policies.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and use of Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
