Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, managing lobby flow with a tablet, and scheduling meetings.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new accounts while complying with policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and tech self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, showing empathy, and sharing product knowledge.
• Perform branch operations, including cash handling and device management, following bank policies and procedures.
