Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow using a tablet.
• Provide account servicing, maintenance, and open new accounts while following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and self-service options like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and offering product solutions in collaboration with branch team.
• Assist with branch operations including cash devices while adhering to bank procedures.
