Responsibilities

• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new ones while following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital self-service options like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and collaborating with branch team members to meet financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, including cash handling and vault/ATM procedures, in line with bank policies.
