JPMorganChase is seeking an Associate Banker to welcome clients, deliver attentive service, and leverage digital tools to meet banking needs. You will guide customers through everyday transactions, help open accounts, and support branch goals while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Success requires strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients across the branch network, including leveraging Chase Mobile App and online banking solutions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment and greet clients entering the branch while managing lobby flow.
• Provide account servicing, maintenance, and open new accounts in line with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day‑to‑day banking using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build trusted relationships by listening, asking questions, and offering product knowledge.
• Handle branch operations and cash devices while following bank policies.
