Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment and greet clients as they enter the branch.
• Provide account servicing, maintenance, and open new accounts while following policies.
• Educate clients on daily banking, mobile app, website, and ATM usage.
• Build trusted client relationships by listening, asking questions, and offering solutions.
• Assist with branch operations and cash handling while following procedures.
