Responsibilities

• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new ones while following policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build trusted relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge with clients and team members.
• Perform branch operations and cash handling in line with bank policies.
