This role focuses on delivering exceptional client experiences, greeting and guiding clients through banking interactions, and helping them achieve their financial goals with product knowledge and friendly service. The Associate Banker will open new accounts, service existing ones, and educate customers on digital tools like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com while ensuring compliance with banking policies.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and create a welcoming environment, manage lobby with a tablet, and schedule meetings.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance, open new accounts, and follow bank policies and procedures.
• Educate clients on daily banking and technology self-service options.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and partnering with team to help clients achieve goals.
• Perform branch operations, including managing cash devices while adhering to procedures.
