Qualifications

• Customer service experience or comparable experience.

• Ability to quickly and accurately learn products, services, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and create a welcoming environment while managing lobby flow and scheduling meetings.
• Open new accounts and service existing ones in compliance with policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on digital banking options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build trusted relationships by listening, questioning, and suggesting solutions.
• Support branch operations and cash handling following bank policies.
