Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to quickly and accurately learn products, services, and procedures.

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, managing lobby, check-in, and scheduling meetings.
• Open new accounts and service existing ones while following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital tools like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and collaborating with branch teammates.
• Handle branch operations including cash devices while adhering to bank policies.
