Job summary

ECS Group of Companies, through its Mid-Atlantic Building Science + Infrastructure team, seeks a Facilities Assessment Senior Project Associate in the Philadelphia area. This client-facing role leads technical work and project execution for facilities assessment projects, collaborating with architects, engineers, and owners.

You will source and acquire work, mentor junior staff, lead meetings, and ensure high-quality reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Architecture (NCARB), or a related field.
• 5+ years of related experience with conducting property/facility condition assessments.
• Valid driver's license required if driving for or on behalf of an ECS subsidiary.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and acquiring work and providing technical leadership for facilities assessment projects.
• Lead client meetings, coordinate project teams, and manage project timelines and budgets.
• Mentor junior staff and oversee reports and field staff across multiple projects.
• Prepare building science & infrastructure reports and perform analysis for recommendations.

Education
