ECS Group of Companies is seeking a Facilities Assessment Senior Project Associate to join our Mid-Atlantic Building Science + Infrastructure team in Baltimore, MD. You will lead facilities assessment projects, manage client relationships, and guide junior staff in a client-facing role with multidisciplinary collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience conducting property/facility condition assessments.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil, Structural, Architectural Engineering, Architecture (NCARB), or related field.

Responsibilities

• Source and acquire work; lead technical and project management for facilities assessment projects.
• Lead client meetings and present findings.
• Mentor junior staff and oversee reports prior to Principal review.
• Coordinate project teams and ensure timely, quality deliverables.
• Maintain knowledge of building systems and applicable codes.
