• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Architecture (NCARB), or a related field.
• 5+ years of related experience with conducting property/facility condition assessments.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and acquiring work while providing technical leadership and project management for facilities assessment projects.
• Lead client meetings and/or calls to discuss findings and conclusions.
• Oversee preparation and review of reports from junior staff prior to Principal review.
• Direct project setup and implementation with staff and assign trained personnel.
• Oversee field work and ensure quality of reports prepared by staff.

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Architecture (NCARB), or a related field.
