Job summary

ECS is seeking a Facilities Assessment Senior Project Associate to join our Mid-Atlantic Building Science + Infrastructure team in Pittsburgh, PA. You will provide technical leadership and project management for facilities assessment projects, working closely with clients, architects, engineers, and owners to deliver high-quality consulting solutions.

You will perform PCAs, FCAs, needs assessments, and other facilities-related services while maintaining knowledge of ASTM standards and building

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or Architecture (NCARB).
• 5+ years of related experience in facilities assessment or related fields.
• Licensure or certification such as P.E. or RA is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead facilities assessment and due diligence projects from setup to completion.
• Coordinate project teams and site activities with staff, subcontractors and senior managers.
• Manage multiple projects with attention to schedule, scope and budget.
• Prepare proposals, change orders, budgets and invoices.
• Mentor junior staff and supervise data collection and reporting.
• Present findings and recommendations to clients and sustain relationships.
