Job summary

ECS Group of Companies seeks a Facilities Assessment Senior Project Associate to join our Mid-Atlantic Building Science + Infrastructure team in Chantilly, VA. You will lead facility/PA assessments, manage projects, and mentor junior staff while collaborating with clients, architects, engineers, and owners to deliver high-quality consulting solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience with conducting property/facility condition assessments.
• Strong knowledge of facility condition assessment and property condition assessment services.
• Ability to lead client meetings and present findings and conclusions.
• Experience mentoring junior staff and coordinating with architects, engineers, and owners.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and change orders.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and acquiring work for facilities assessment projects.
• Provide technical leadership and project management for engagements.
• Lead and mentor junior staff; supervise field teams and ensure quality outcomes.
• Prepare and review building science reports; interpret results and recommend actions.
• Present findings to clients and oversee final sign-off on reports.
