Responsibilities include technical leadership, mentoring junior staff, and producing comprehensive reports for diverse facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor and/or Master of Science in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Architectural Engineering.
• 5+ years of related experience.
• Licensure or certifications may be required depending on the type of work performed.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and project management for facilities assessment projects.
• Mentor junior staff and coordinate with project teams.
• Prepare reports, analyze results, and present findings to clients.
• Lead client meetings and manage project budgets and change orders.
• Direct fieldwork and ensure quality across multiple projects.
